Real-time dispatch · Incident management · Live tracking
PulsePoint is a full-stack Emergency Response System designed to coordinate dispatchers, responders, vehicles, and incidents in real time. It combines a web-based admin and dispatcher console with a mobile responder interface, supporting live notifications, GPS-driven map views, incident reporting with PDF exports, in-app messaging, and analytics around response times and points of interest.
Built to solve real coordination challenges in emergency response operations
Emergency operations relied on disconnected tools, phone calls, and paper-based incident logs. Dispatchers had no real-time visibility into responder location or availability, response times were not measurable, and incident records were inconsistent and difficult to audit.
A unified PHP/MySQL platform with three connected interfaces: an admin console for managing dispatchers, responders, vehicles and rosters; a dispatcher console with a live map, incident creation, and in-app messaging; and a mobile responder view with GPS tracking, incident details, directions, and patient reports.
Dispatchers gained real-time situational awareness, responders received structured incident data instantly, and management got measurable response time analytics and Points-of-Interest heatmaps. Incident PDF reports made audits and follow-ups significantly faster.
